How to start a return

Email us at support@raygelabs.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. We'll provide the return address and instructions once your return is approved. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

 

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

 

Damaged or wrong items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@raygelabs.com and we'll make it right.
